Job summary

RTX / Pratt & Whitney Military Engines is seeking a senior Configuration Data Management team lead to manage day-to-day depot data operations and ensure master data integrity within SAP. You will guide cross-functional teams across CONUS/OCONUS DEPOTs, drive improvements to the SAP configurator, and define data strategies for new engine variants.

A training curriculum and KPI framework will be established to measure success.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in engineering or related field.
8 years of experience reviewing technical data, large datasets, or enterprise applications (or 5 years with Advanced degree).
2 years of experience with turbine engine maintenance methods or depot overhaul support.
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration data issues raised by CONUS and OCONUS DEPOTs.
Work with Quality, Materials, PME, PE, DT, and SAP SMEs to implement SAP configurator improvements that meet program needs.
Define a strategy to incorporate data for new engine variants (600A, ECU).
Establish a training curriculum, skill matrix, and proficiency levels for the team.
Leverage the CORE OS to define and maintain KPI metrics aligned with program objectives.
