Fifth Third is seeking a Depositor Services Processing & Support Specialist I in Cincinnati, OH to support tax-related processing and customer information tasks. You will process W-8/W-9 forms, remittances, and assist with data accuracy and privacy while collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure compliant, timely processing.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 2 years of related experience, strong math and analytical skills, and comfort with banking systems such as ACE,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years related banking/tax processing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Systems knowledge of ACE, RAFT, RRS and Mobius preferred.
• Problem solving and analytical abilities.
• General PC navigation in Windows environments.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Process Tax Forms W-8 and W-9 and related IRS reporting tasks.
• Input, verify, and analyze customer data in online systems.
• Serve as liaison for internal departments on customer information and tax processing.
• Perform quality control on processing workflows and data accuracy.
• Participate in UAT and production testing for tax processing systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable IRS regulations and system tools.
• Provide training support and cross-training within the department.
• Protect customer privacy and ensure compliance with policies.
