Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform data entry accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process IRS information reporting and tax withholding forms (W-8/W-9, B-Notices, C-Notices).
• Handle tax remittance processing and year-end reporting for customer accounts.
• Respond to internal inquiries via calls and emails; liaise with departments as needed.
• Assist with training and cross-training within the department.
• Maintain privacy and security of customer information and assist with system testing as required.
