Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Deposit and Payment Solutions Relationship Manager to manage relationships in the REIT East Market and drive the sales process for deposits, treasury management and related services.

The role focuses on growing revenue, cross-sell opportunities, and coordinating with product partners to deliver tailored CRE solutions across deposits, cash management, and investments. In-office presence is required three days per week with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 10+ years of commercial deposit gathering, treasury management and RM experience
• Commercial Real Estate knowledge with REITs, developers and property managers preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage non-credit risk for CRE client portfolio with complex transactions and deposits/payments
• Monitor and enhance profitability of assigned relationships
• Liaise between Commercial Real Estate group and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Recommend product and service solutions based on customer data
• Forecast balances and revenue from financials
• Develop deep CRE client relationships and deposit/payments solutions
• Coordinate with product partners to implement solutions and ensure superior service
