Salmon Group is seeking a Growth Manager to own how deposits scale, bridging marketing with product and acquisition. You will own the full funnel—from awareness to churn—without a dedicated engineering squad, aligning marketing, product, origination, affiliates, and web/SEO to drive growth.

You’ll define bets, run experiments, and measure CAC, activation, retention, and LTV. You’ll build a connected growth engine and leverage AI as a toolkit, not a oracle, to move real numbers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, performance, or product marketing.
• Self-starter who generates ideas and ships them.
• Track record of tests that moved metrics.
• Comfort with product metrics and the tools behind them (CAC, LTV, activation, cohort retention in GA, AppsFlyer, Tableau).
• Hands-on with qualitative and quantitative research.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the growth strategy for deposits end-to-end with the business team.
• Own the deposits acquisition budget and allocation.
• Understand user needs, trust, and what drives retention beyond downloads.
• Generate and run experiments; ship landing pages and new channels as needed.
• Coordinate across marketing, product, origination, affiliate, and web/SEO for campaigns.
• Analyze CAC, activation, balance, retention, reactivation, and LTV to find leverage.
• Build a clean experiment tracking system to compound learnings.
