Ladders seeks a Deposit Growth Consultant to join a leader in IT consulting. This remote role targets banks and financial institutions to uncover deposit growth opportunities and raise performance across consumer, business, and commercial products.

You will lead engagements from discovery to delivery, present executive-ready insights, and partner with banking leaders to translate data into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking/financial services with consumer, business, and/or commercial deposit products.
• Proven ability to analyze financial and operational data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience leading client-facing projects and consulting engagements from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management and problem-solving in complex situations.
• Experience mentoring or training less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead deposit growth consulting engagements from discovery to delivery, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with banking leaders across various sectors.
• Assess deposit portfolios and market opportunities to identify growth potential.
• Analyze financial and competitive data to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and tailored action plans for clients.
• Present findings to client leadership and guide decision-making discussions.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
