Job summary

Marcus by Goldman Sachs is seeking a visionary Vice President to lead the US Deposits Marketing Retention team. You will define and execute customer experiences and communications that drive prospect conversion, strengthen loyalty, and reduce churn across a large customer base.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in loyalty/email marketing, CRM, product marketing, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with enterprise marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Braze, Oracle/Responsys).
• Proficiency in agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Exceptional analytical acumen to drive strategic decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and execution of campaign plans to onboard customers and drive product adoption.
• Ensure alignment of retention initiatives with Marcus business goals.
• Oversee campaigns within CRM platforms and leverage vendor resources.
• Define advanced data requirements for personalized, scalable campaigns.
• Establish KPIs and work with analytics to optimize performance.
• Champion testing frameworks and continuous program innovation.
