Job summary

Chase is seeking a Product Portfolio Operations Manager for the Consumer Banking Deposits team. You will drive connectivity strategies across the product space, partnering with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment while preparing for launches and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, portfolio operations, or related discipline.
• Experience implementing operational effectiveness initiatives.
• Experience with product development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Strong expertise in consumer banking operations, product management, or portfolio management with regulatory understanding.
• Collaborates effectively across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with risk identification and control implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; leads business readiness for launches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting and communications plans for portfolio management and change initiatives.
• Support training programs, maturity assessments, capability development, and continuous improvement.
• Evolve the product-line framework to align cross-product priorities and sequencing decisions.
• Implement product-level collection strategies, including controls and financial oversight.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance across Deposits 2.0.
• Lead business readiness for new product launches and enhancements, including process design and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations, resolve issues, optimize workflows for quality customer experiences.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks through controls and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Legal to assess and mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
• Support regulatory and legal reviews by maintaining audit-ready documentation and coordinating remediation.
