Job summary

Bridgewater Bank’s St. Louis Park location seeks an Account Executive to establish the client experience by building relationships, understanding client needs, and offering personalized banking solutions that reflect Bridgewater’s unconventional and client-focused approach.

You will open, renew, and service deposit accounts, promote specialty products, develop long-term client relationships, and support the Client Specialist role as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Retail Banking experience
• Proven sales and business development skills
• Knowledge of Teller and currency management
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Opens, renews, and redeems all types of deposit accounts
• Responds to online requests for bill payments, ACH, wire transfers, etc.
• Acts as back-up to Client Specialist role as necessary
• Promotes Bridgewater’s specialty products (remote deposit, online bill-pay, mobile banking)
• Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure sales growth and customer retention
• Makes monthly calls to welcome new clients and follow up on requests
• Maintains understanding of security policies and procedures
• Provides input for new service and product ideas
