Blaze Credit Union seeks a Deposit Services Manager to direct the Deposit Services Team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service for members. You will supervise staff, oversee key deposit processes, and maintain compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities include supporting retirement accounts, audits, and complex member scenarios, while partnering with branches and internal teams to optimize processes and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience.
• Knowledge of core banking software and procedures.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and audits.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Deposit Services team operations and performance.
• Provide technical expertise on core system and origination software.
• Maintain processes and procedures for policy compliance.
• Support retirement account and IRA/HSA operational duties.
• Assist branches with inquiries and issue resolution.
• Lead data validation and audit documentation efforts.
