Park Community Credit Union is seeking a Deposits and Payments Manager to oversee deposit accounts, products, and services, including special accounts and payment processing such as ACH, wires, and mobile deposits. You will supervise staff, drive process improvements, and coordinate with Compliance and Risk Management to minimize risk.

• Bachelor's degree or industry certifications equivalent to a degree, or 5+ years in related role.

• Oversee all deposit accounts, products, and services, including special accounts and payment processing.
• Ensure accurate deposit processing and monitor returns, rejections, and disclosures.
• Lead fraud detection efforts and mitigate risk in operations.
• Direct staff; provide coaching, conduct performance reviews and approve promotions.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk Management to maintain policies and regulatory adherence.
• Assist in projects related to products/payments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budgets and vendor relationships; provide reporting as requested.
