• Quality control review of new checking, savings, and certificate accounts; resolve data inconsistencies.
• Quality control review of deposit account maintenance and titling changes; report issues.
• Review of safe deposit box leases and titling changes; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Monitor new business accounts and required Beneficial Ownership forms; ensure proper uploads.
• Support Branch Operations and complete tasks/projects timely; resolve issues within scope.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws, rules, and internal policies.
