You will prioritize requests, process notices, handle card orders and investigate issues, contributing to risk management and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize internal and external requests and build strong relationships between operations and the bank.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone or email.
• Maintain professional oral and written communication and follow up with employees and customers.
• Prepare and mail various daily notices.
• Process Debit and Credit card orders and handle card maintenance & disputes.
• Understand and execute risk assessment processes (Visa CAMS / Cardtracker alerts).
• Prepare and review multiple reports and logs daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Support Branch requests and card-related troubleshooting.
• Assist manager with research and projects related to Deposit Operations."Cross train to perform other functions in Deposit Operations".
• Adhere to Core Values, policies and procedures.
