Responsibilities

• Demonstrates service excellence in external and internal customer support by telephone, email, secure messaging, and in person
• Professional oral and written communication skills and follow-up
• Timely responses and resolution of customer issues and requests originated by phone, secure email, and public website email communications
• Provides support to both external and internal customers for ACH origination, ACH and Check Positive Pay, Business Bill Pay, Business Mobile Deposit, Business Online and Mobile Banking, LockBox, Merchant Remote Deposit Capture, and Online Statements
• Completes activities related to cash management services including setting up new businesses, monitoring activity, creating reports, performing reviews, scheduling courier pickups, and evaluating needs
