Daily responsibilities include maintaining accuracy in cash handling, balancing cash at the end of shifts, and ensuring a positive client experience across in-person and phone interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year experience within a financial institution.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies.
• Must be bondable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person or by telephone and assist them or refer to another team member.
• Manage cash drawer, vault operations, ATM and cash recycler operations.
• Balance cash daily and process monetary transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints when needed.
