You will handle wires, check processing, and inquiries by phone and email, ensuring accurate, timely handling of tasks with strong attention to detail.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, cross-team collaboration, and adherence to bank policies while maintaining a positive, customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, use multiple systems, and manage competing deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must be detail-oriented while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and flexibility in performing tasks.
• Must be able to embrace and quickly adapt to change as a result of internal, market or regulatory policy changes.
• Strong team player, dependable with excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize internal and external requests, building strong relationships between operations and the bank.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with employees and customers.
• Process domestic/international wires and check items.
• Perform check clearing and deposits review and processing.
• Assess risk and potential fraud in accounts and transactions.
• Maintain tracking logs and support branches and internal departments.
• Assist manager with research and projects related to Deposit Operations and suggest process improvements.
• Adhere to Core Values, policies and procedures and cross-train as needed.
