Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of back office or branch teller experience.
• 2+ years banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of branch operations and compliance regulations.
• Knowledge of Retirement Savings Products and data maintenance.
• Knowledge of deposit operations processes and exceptions handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctual and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Must be highly motivated.
