Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
• Finance, business, economics, or marketing degree preferred.
• Previous experience in banking strongly preferred.
• Experience with card networks/loyalty economics and reimbursable.
• Familiarity with RAROC/net profitability and portfolio analytics.
• Background in regulated financial services and customer lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• The Deposit & Retail Lending Product Manager supports the development and execution of the strategy, roadmap, and performance of assigned products with a focus on customer acquisition, loyalty, spend drivers, and product functionality.
• The role collaborates closely with Vendor Management, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Technology, and Finance to ensure products remain compliant, customer centric, operationally efficient, and supported by accurate reporting.
• Key responsibilities include contributing to promotions and loyalty initiatives, optimizing pricing and features, managing third party vendors, and leveraging data and analytics to monitor results and inform recommendations.
