First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Wire Transfer Specialist to join the EOS-Wire Transfer Department in Honolulu. This role processes domestic and foreign wire transfers with accuracy and timeliness.

You will handle data entry, verification, and release of wires while delivering courteous, professional service to internal and external customers; typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in banking operations, specifically with wire transfers
• 2 years of experience in customer service
• Effective written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
• Exercises sound discretion
• Able to set priorities and meet established deadlines
• possess a high level of attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applications
• Able to work under pressure with tight cutoff timeframes
• Experience working with large dollar wire transaction amounts up to tens of millions
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
