Jeff Bank is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist I to support the Deposit Operations Department by coordinating work within the unit, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate processing. The role entails handling Fed cash letter adjustments, ACH notifications, IRA paperwork, and online banking tasks to assist customers and maintain compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Process Fed cash letter adjustments and write offs for returns including correspondence with the Federal Reserve Bank.
• Review and process ACH Pre-notifications.
• Review and process/reconcile duplicate items.
• Administration and reporting of all IOLA accounts and remittance of report to IOLA Fund of NY.
• Review basic IRA paperwork to ensure proper completion of forms and correct transaction coding.
• Complete various Retail Online Banking tasks to support Bank customers.
• Manage bill pay account for existing customers.
• Manage and maintain records for deceased accountholders.
• Process address changes.
• Verify and process club and interest payout checks.
• Provide leadership, training and technical guidance to lower-level specialists and new employees.
