Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business/finance.
• 5+ years in deposit operations within a bank or credit union.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape operations strategy and drive process improvements, implementing best practices and automation.
• Oversee daily deposit operations including check clearing, ACH, wires, and reconciliation.
• Develop plans to deliver high standard service to customers and staff.
• Maintain knowledge of technological developments relevant to responsibilities.
• Manage vendor relationships, audits, and service levels to ensure compliance.
• Supervise staff with coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
