Responsibilities

• Process Fed cash letter adjustments and write-offs for returns.
• Review and process ACH pre-notifications.
• Review and reconcile duplicate items; administer IOLA accounts and report to IOLA Fund of NY.
• Review IRA paperwork for proper completion and coding.
• Perform mobile banking tasks, approve new customers under criteria, manage RDA deposits exceptions.
• Assist with Retail Online Banking tasks and manage bill pay for customers.
• Maintain records for deceased accountholders; process address changes.
• Provide leadership and training to junior staff; ensure compliance with BSA/AML and other regs.
