Horizon Bank is seeking a detail-oriented deposit operations professional to join a fast-paced team. The role supports daily processing, review of customer forms, and posting/handling of overdrawn accounts with accuracy and strong attention to detail.

The candidate will work with branches to resolve issues, maintain confidentiality, and comply with BSA and SOPs while delivering courteous service to customers and internal partners.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a preference for 2 years of banking or detail-oriented experience.
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills with tact, diplomacy and patience.
• Knowledge of banking standards related to Deposit Operations; able to learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the Bank to customers in person, by phone, and in writing with courtesy and professionalism.
• Process daily items, review forms, and ensure accuracy of back office operations.
• Post or return checks and fees on overdrawn accounts; enter data; verify input accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with BSA, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with branches to resolve account issues and support risk controls.
