Job summary

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in related banking operations, with strong knowledge of NACHA, Regulation E and FATCA, plus proficiency in MS Office and bank systems.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in branch or deposit operations, regulatory reporting, ACH, or related banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of ACH processing rules, Regulation E and FATCA.
• IRA operational support experience and documentation reviews.
• Experience handling audit requests and quality checks.
• Proficiency with MS Office and banking software/systems.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH exceptions, stop payments, unauthorized claims, and related remediation with branches and external institutions.
• Perform dormant account and escheat activities for deposit accounts and official checks.
• Support Regulation O, overdraft status notifications, IRS certifications, B-Notice/C-Notice processing, and FATCA procedures.
• Provide advanced IRA operational support including centralized transactions and new account reviews.
• Review daily deposit service workflows and complex account maintenance requests.
• Assist with audit/examination support, procedure updates, and peer guidance.
