Responsibilities

• Researching and resolving non-posted transactions for deposit accounts, including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and financial management services accounts.
• Reviewing stop payment reports and determining eligibility for return items.
• Reconciling and balancing general ledger accounts in accordance with established procedures.
• Verifying signatures on large-dollar checks to help protect customers and the bank.
• Processing death routing forms and related account maintenance.
• Balancing ATM general ledger accounts and posting transactions accurately.
• Processing NSF notices and preparing outgoing mail.
• Assisting with document imaging and electronic record management.
• Delivering exceptional service by ensuring account transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

What You'll Do
