Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process incoming/outgoing files (ACH, share checks, returns, exceptions) accurately and timely.
• Review and resolve transaction exceptions (unposted, rejected, stop payments, overdrafts).
• Perform reconciliations for ACH, cashletters, returns, transfers, ATM and card transactions.
• Monitor for OFAC exceptions and fraud indicators; document findings for reporting.
• Assist with RDC file processing and ODP program monitoring and reporting.
• Research transactions to identify causes and provide resolutions for members and staff.
