• Branch or operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and processing for ACH, wires, and other deposit operations.
• Provide support to internal customers and members via phone, email, chat and mail.
• Routinely perform account research and maintenance tasks.
• Identify and implement process improvements and lead department initiatives.
• Develop internal communications such as procedures and staff bulletins.
