Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in a financial services role including deposit accounts and knowledge of retail banking regulations (Reg CC, Reg E, BSA, Reg DD).
• Branch or operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and processing for deposit operations tasks (ACH, legal processes, wires, tax reporting, etc.).
• Provide support to internal customers and members via phone, email, chat, and mail.
• Perform account research and routine maintenance; assist with process improvements and department projects.
• Develop internal communications such as procedures, staff bulletins, and member communications.
