Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Deposit Document Specialist to manage imaging of deposit account documents and ensure compliance with Customer Identification Program regulations. The role involves processing, indexing, and tracking documentation, while assisting branches with inquiries.

The position requires high school level education with data processing/clerical training and related experience, plus adherence to training in BSA/AML and other regulatory programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant data processing or clerical training.
• 2 years of related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Ability to read and understand policy manuals and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Image new account documentation into imaging system.
• Ensure documents are scanned and indexed properly.
• Image trailing documents on existing accounts in the imaging system.
• Identify missing documents and tracking exceptions.
• Input tracking for all exceptions into the bank's system.
• Monitor status of outstanding tracking exceptions.
• Answer branch staff inquiries via phone, email, or tickets.
• Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training.
• Maintain alertness and work in a safe manner.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
