Job summary

Happy State Bank is seeking an Image Deposit Documentation Specialist at the Amarillo-Taylor Branch. You will process and image deposit account documentation, ensure proper scanning and indexing, and track exceptions to CIP regulations.

This role supports front-line staff by ensuring all required documents are collected and organized for account setup. The ideal candidate has strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and experience with imaging systems.

Qualifications

• High school or GED plus on-the-job education in a related skill area such as data processing or clerical work.
• 2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and strong attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Image new account documentation into the bank's imaging system.
• Index scanned documents for proper retrieval.
• Image trailing documents on existing accounts in the imaging system.
• Identify missing account documentation and track exceptions to CIP.
• Input tracking for all exceptions into the bank's system.
• Identify and track missing new account packets and related exceptions.
• Monitor and resolve tracking exceptions and establish required criteria for products.
