Job summary

Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company is seeking a Deposit Operations Document Imaging Representative to support scanning, indexing, reviewing, and maintaining loan and operational documents. You will monitor batches, complete workflows, and respond to internal inquiries while coordinating with Deposit Operations, Retail and other areas to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one year of related experience.
• Must demonstrate good interpersonal relations and communicative skills; good mathematical skills; moderate time management skills; moderate analytical skills; moderate project management skills; moderate PC skills; moderate technical skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, One Note and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Scan, index, review, and maintain loan and operational documentation.
• Monitor incoming branch and department batches for accuracy.
• Complete document management workflows.
• Respond to internal inquiries and requests for information; coordinate work with the department and other departments; provide periodic reports; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide telephone and email support for staff; utilize Bank products to maximize customer relationships.
• Strive to achieve excellent customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Accurately scan, index, and review documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper document order.
• Notify supervisor of hardware or software problems.
• Index incoming batches from branches/departments and review for errors.
• Complete and resolve Document Management workflows.
• Participate in training on rules, regulations and deposits requirements; support risk management and compliance.
