Job summary

C&N Bank in Wellsboro, PA seeks a detail-oriented Deposit Operations Specialist I to process deposits and support digital banking services, including Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay. You will handle ACH files, wire transfers, reconciliations, and research issues, providing timely customer and branch support.

Training will prepare you for broader responsibilities within Deposit Operations and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deposit & Payment Processing: Process and monitor ACH files, wire transfers, account activity, and other deposit-related transactions within established timeframes.
• Digital Banking Support: Assist consumer and business digital banking products, including enrollments, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, reporting, reconciliations, and troubleshooting.
• Research & Problem Solving: Investigate transaction, account, and digital banking issues; resolve discrepancies; provide timely support to customers and branch teammates.
• Deposit Operations Support: Assist with additional Deposit Operations functions and maintain knowledge of products, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate C&N’s Customer Service Standards in every interaction.
