Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and servicing of Business Online Banking customers.
• Provide operational support for ACH and wire originators.
• Serve as primary support resource for Remote Deposit Capture customers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable bank policies and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory examinations.

Skills

Working knowledge of ACH origination

Strong understanding of operational risk

High attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Education
