Job summary

Insight Global's healthcare client is upgrading 40,000+ devices to Windows 11 across Northern Ambulatory Sites. You will deploy and test devices at sites around Essex, Morris, and Hudson County, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with Teams interviews for onboarding.

Role requires 1 year IT support, a vehicle for travel, and comfort with imaging and testing software on Windows 11. Travel-heavy, 8:30-4 schedule, through 2026 with extensions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT support experience required.
• Must have a vehicle due to travel to sites.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 OS and upgrade processes.
• Comfort imaging, deploying and testing software on devices.
• Basic VDI knowledge is expected.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software for end users.
• Experience with OS upgrade or deployment projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and test Windows 11 devices across multiple sites.
• Work independently in a fast-paced healthcare client environment.
• Collaborate with end users to resolve issues during rollout.
• Ensure devices are imaged, imaged, patched and tested for deployment.

Northern Ambulatory Sites – 50% travel around Essex/Morris/Hudson County

Pay Rate: $20-22/hr

Contract Duration: Through 2026 + Extensions

Shift: 8:30-4pm

Interview Process: 15 Minute Microsoft Teams interview!

Must Haves:

• 1 year of IT Support Experience
• Must Have a Vehicle since travel is required
• Familiarity with the Windows 11 OS
• Must be comfortable imaging, deploying & testing software
• Basic VDI Knowledge
• Experience troubleshooting basic hardware & software issues and working directly with end users.
• Experience on a previous OS upgrade or deployment project preferred.
