Job summary

Sitreps is seeking an Deployment Strategist (TS/SCI clearance required) to join our client team in Arlington, VA. This full-time, individual contributor role is on-site 80–100% with periodic travel; remote work is not available.

You will map analyst workflows, encode knowledge into the platform as agents and workflows, and ensure mission alignment. You will configure agents, build workflows, and script in Python, developing depth in agent design and evaluation while collaborating with Forward

Qualifications

4+ years as analyst/operator/targeteer in the relevant mission space.
Power user of complex analytic tooling and able to teach it to experienced users.
Working Python proficiency, including scripting and data wrangling.
Practical understanding of AI agent concepts, including prompting, workflows, and evaluation.
Strong interviewing and listening skills; ability to elicit process knowledge.
Willingness to work on client site 80–100% of the time in Arlington, Virginia, plus periodic CONUS and OCONUS travel.
U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Map analysts' workflows and encode them into the platform as agents, workflows, and skills.
Configure agents, design and evaluate workflows, and script in Python.
Drive platform adoption through hands-on training and coaching.
Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on integrations and infrastructure.
Capture institutional knowledge and ensure mission-appropriate output.
Produce reusable workflow documentation.
