Job summary

Twenty Technologies is hiring a Mission Deployment Lead to make its AI-native cyber mission tools operational for National Capital Region customers. You will work with operators, analysts, and engineers to translate field workflows into actionable product improvements and ensure adoption in real missions.

The role requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and regular on-site work at customer locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as cyber operator, targeter, mission planner, or intelligence professional supporting real-world workflows.
• Experience with complex cyber operations in operational environments.
• Understanding of cyber mission workflows and how they intersect with intelligence production, planning, tasking, execution support, and assessment.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and explain it clearly to technical and non-technical users.
• Experience with graph-based tools, link-analysis platforms, analytic platforms, BI tools, mission systems, or workflow software.
• Strong written communication and ability to turn ambiguous field input into clear requirements and updates.
• Ownership bias in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own mission adoption for IC users, moving teams from demo/pilot to recurring operational workflows.
• Map real mission workflows across planning, targeting, execution support, assessment, collaboration, and reporting.
• Lead onboarding, hands-on training, and enablement across operator workflows.
• Build and adapt playbooks, quick-start guides, and repeatable workflow patterns.
• Maintain the field operating picture: users, stakeholders, workflows, blockers, adoption signals, requests, risks, actions, and value stories.
• Turn user feedback into clear product requirements, bug reports, and engineering context.
• Partner with product and engineering to test workflows, triage issues, and keep roadmap grounded in mission reality.
• Support demos, pilots, and expansion into adjacent teams.
