Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• U.S. military experience in the Army, Air Force, or Marine Corps with exposure to logistics, sustainment, operational planning, force management, or other mission planning and execution roles.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in fast-paced environments.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% in support of customer missions.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor to government customers by understanding their organizations, missions, priorities, and challenges.
• Lead onboarding, implementation planning, and deployment of our platform across government organizations.
• Drive customer adoption through training, executive briefings, workshops, and ongoing engagement.
• Partner with customer leadership to identify opportunities where our platform improves decision‑making and mission effectiveness.
• Gather customer feedback to influence future product development and roadmap priorities.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to address customer needs.
• Develop customer success plans measuring adoption, engagement, and outcomes.
• Create user documentation, guides, training materials, and executive‑ready presentations.
• Present insights to senior military officers, civilians, and executive stakeholders.
• Support renewals, expansion opportunities, and strategic account growth.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally and externally for the platform.
• Facilitate workshops, pilots, and new capability rollouts; contribute to thought leadership.
