Job summary

Sitreps is seeking a Deployment Strategist, Intel for on-site work in Northern Virginia. The role focuses on translating mission knowledge into platform-enabled agents, workflows, and skills while ensuring adherence to mission standards. You will build depth in AI agent design, prompting, and evaluation within classified environments.

You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers, own the adoption process, and report to the engagement lead, staying on client site 80–100% of the time.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as an analyst, operator, or targeteer in the relevant mission space.
• Proven ability to become a power user of analytic tooling and teach it to experienced users.
• Working Python proficiency including scripting and data wrangling.

Responsibilities

• Map current analyst workflows before platform configuration.
• Capture and encode mission knowledge into agents, workflows, and skills.
• Apply prompt and workflow design, evaluation, and failure analysis for reliable output.
• Drive adoption through hands-on training and coaching; this is the primary metric.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers who own connectors and integrations.
• Own analyst feedback on platform behavior and be the main point of contact.
