Job summary

Tenera, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own customer engagement from first conversation through decision. You will learn the business, shape the study, and work with forward deployment engineers to deliver it, writing and deploying production code to turn requirements into working solutions.

You should present recommendations with clear uncertainty, and help customers decide based on evidence they understand. You will explain and justify your findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product strategy, consulting, user research, analytics, or deployment.
• Ability to turn business questions into studies and explain findings' limits.
• Clear writing and confident presentation to product leaders.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify decisions, alternatives, and evidence.
• Design studies with hypotheses, segments, and success criteria.
• Gather context and missing evidence before studies.
• Write, test, and deploy production code for customer deployments.
• Partner with engineers on study setup and delivery, manage scope and timing.
• Interpret results, challenge weak conclusions, and write recommendations.
• Present findings and loop learnings back to product and research teams.
