Job summary

Flow is seeking a Deployment Strategist to turn signed deals into sustained usage across multiple accounts.

You will sit at the intersection of sales, engineering, and the customer, migrating requirements, configuring Flow, redesigning workflows, training teams, and guiding change management.

This early-team role offers broad exposure, shaping deployment playbooks and a field-informed product roadmap.

Qualifications

• You're consultative by instinct: diagnose before you prescribe.
• You've done real customer-facing work with customers, clients, or partners.
• Excellent ability to translate between hardware engineers and executives.
• Experience running multi-team deployments with clear milestones and status.
• Comfortable with data migration, configuration, and APIs at a working level.

Responsibilities

• Run deployments end to end: kickoff, migration, configuration, workflow redesign, training, and adoption.
• Drive organizational change inside customer engineering teams and ensure adoption sticks after you leave.
• Define success metrics for deployments and monitor adoption, diagnosing stalls.
• Design customers' Flow setup around their programs and coordinate integration with deployment engineers.
• Provide feedback to product teams about field observations shaping future work.
• Collaborate with sales and customer partners to surface expansion opportunities.
• Help build deployment playbooks, implementation guides, and training materials.
