Job summary

Flow Engineering is seeking a Deployment Strategist to turn signed deals into sustained usage across multiple accounts in a hands-on, customer-facing role. You will migrate requirements, configure Flow for each program, and redesign workflows with customer systems engineers, while delivering training and change management at scale.

You will partner with software-focused deployment engineers and work across sales, engineering, and customers to ensure adoption and renewal.

Qualifications

• Must have real customer-facing work experience in pre/post-sales, deployment, consulting, or customer-facing engineering.
• Experience running multi-team deployments, coordinating across sales, engineering, and customers.
• Strong storytelling and communication for executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run deployments end to end: kickoff, migration, configuration, workflow redesign, training, and adoption.
• Drive organizational change inside customer engineering teams: identify champions, remove blockers, and sustain adoption post-engagement.
• Define success metrics for each deployment and monitor adoption to reduce renewal risk.
• Design Flow configurations around each customer's programs and coordinate integration with deployment engineers.
• Be the product team's eyes in the field and influence future builds from deployment learnings.
• Collaborate with sales reps and account executives to surface opportunities for expansion.
• Help build deployment playbooks, implementation guides, and training materials for future teams.
