Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Consultant to support client integration deployments within our integration services product area.

You will apply product knowledge, provide technical guidance, engage with clients, and drive deployment efficiency and successful onboarding. Responsibilities include API and SSO deployment, file transmissions, connectivity, test environment monitoring, issue triage, and supporting client testing to enable product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent career experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, client management, software deployment, testing, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Postman and/or Insomnia.
• Strong experience with API testing.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and integration.
• Experience with file transmissions and connectivity solutions.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead product deployment activities and manage deliverables throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to understand user needs and drive solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to navigate complex scenarios, influence stakeholders, and drive toward business objectives.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Kanban development environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client opportunities and prepare deployment approaches based on scope, scale, complexity, and business requirements.
• Consult with clients and fintech partners to understand integration needs and develop appropriate integration use cases.
• Build integration roadmaps and coordinate implementation activities through the product deployment lifecycle.
• Deploy and support APIs, Single Sign-On (SSO), file transmissions, and connectivity solutions.
• Monitor test environments and troubleshoot connectivity, integration, and deployment issues.
• Triage issues, identify root causes, and coordinate effective resolutions with relevant technical and business stakeholders.
• Create and manage test data to support integration testing.
• Assist clients with testing activities within test environments and support successful product adoption.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define solutions and prioritize improvements based on customer needs.
• Lead product deployment activities while focusing on deployment efficiency, client experience, and successful onboarding.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Kanban environment to deliver client value.
• Maintain effective communication and foster collaboration across dependent teams and stakeholders.
