Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Deployment Manager in Westlake, TX to orchestrate client integrations for institutional wealth management. You will lead deployments, define roadmaps with clients and fintech partners, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption in an agile Kanban environment.

The role requires 5+ years in deployment and client-facing consulting, with hands-on API testing, SSO, and file transmissions experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
5+ years in product development, client management, and software deployment.
Hands-on experience with Postman or Insomnia, API testing, SSO, and file transmissions.

Responsibilities

Plan for integration opportunities by assessing scope, scale, and complexity.
Lead end-to-end product deployment to onboard clients and drive product adoption.
Consult with clients and fintech partners to develop integration use cases and roadmaps.
Implement and validate APIs, SSO, and file transmissions using tools such as Postman and Insomnia.
Coordinate testing activities including API testing, UAT, issue triage, and test data creation.
Monitor and manage test environments and support clients through testing and launch.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to improve deployment efficiency and client outcomes.
Maintain deployment documentation including requirements, technical specifications, configuration guides, test plans, and runbooks.
Support continuous improvement and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
