Job summary

Realm is seeking a Deployment Strategist to translate customer problems into repeatable workflows used by operators per shift. You’ll own deployments from discovery to value measurement, working with Forward Deployed Engineering and Product. When gaps exist, you’ll prototype or analyze and advocate for engineering to build it.

This hands-on, customer-facing role suits someone comfortable with executives and field work, delivering impact through direct product influence and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role overseeing outcomes, not just tasks.
• Led complex deployments end to end with cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Built a repeatable process, playbook or team practice that others adopted.
• Comfortable running meetings with senior stakeholders and delivering tough news.
• Strong product judgment to translate requests into clear requirements.
• Hands-on skills to assemble reports, dashboards or lightweight tools.
• Clear communication from frontline operators to executives.
• US citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~25% of time onsite with customers across North America.
• Shadow operators and leadership to learn workflows and success metrics.
• Own deployment plan for each customer; set goals and cadence with leadership.
• Report progress, risks, and next steps with clarity and confidence.
• Build reports or tools with SQL, Python, or AI tooling to address gaps.
• Shape product by turning field observations into clear requirements.
• Support growth by joining sales visits and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Help build processes, playbooks, and culture for scaling Realm's deployment function.
