The Workforce Group a LEMOINE company is seeking Front Desk Administrator Supervisors in Texas to manage lodging for deployed personnel. You will oversee check-in/check-out, coordinate with hotels, and maintain accurate occupancy records while delivering high levels of service on disaster-response deployments.

Ideal candidates have a background in hospitality or logistics, strong leadership, and the ability to deploy on short notice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, customer service, or logistics coordination preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in fast-paced environments is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Lodging Specialists and oversee lodging operations at deployment sites.
• Serve as primary liaison between field staff, logistics teams, and hotel management.
• Organize and manage hotel check-in/check-out for deployed personnel.
• Set up welcoming check-in stations with signage and reminders.
• Maintain real-time occupancy records and lodging data.
• Coordinate alternate accommodations when needed and troubleshoot capacity issues.
• Provide leadership and training to lodging teams in the field.
• Escalate issues to logistics leadership and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain professional, responsive service for all personnel.
