Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Project Manager responsible for onboarding new customers and leading deployment pods to ensure successful delivery of all services, from access control to CCTV and network systems. You will coordinate internal and external resources and act as the primary liaison between the customer and operations.

You will oversee day-to-day installation activity, document status on a committed schedule, and drive projects from sales handoff through activation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing or coordinating projects in electronic security or telecom industries.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience using telecom and networking terminology; proficiency with Smartsheet and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan deployment and implementation of projects with a detailed phased plan.
• Forecast target dates and identify site-level tasks.
• Communicate with customer representatives on schedule and progress.
• Attend meetings with customers and internal teams; drive schedule to meet goals.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and permits; manage multiple projects.
