Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Deployment Technician to oversee a large-scale device rollout for a healthcare client in North Jersey. You will coordinate deployment activities, lead technicians, and ensure quality across imaging, hardware setup, and configuration in a Windows environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technology deployment experience.
• Experience imaging, deploying, and testing software.
• Basic Epic exposure is required.
• Basic VDI knowledge is expected.
• Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software with end users.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Prior lead role experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day deployment operations for a large-scale rollout.
• Guide and mentor junior technicians during the deployment.
• Coordinate activities across hospital sites and Epic training environments.
• Own post-go-live support to ensure system stability and smooth transitions.
