Qualifications

5+ years of IT Project Management experience in broad settings.
2+ years leading projects in healthcare environments.
2+ years managing healthcare technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and support implementation of clinical and business applications in healthcare.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders and external vendors to deliver solutions.
Monitor progress, timelines, and communicate deviations to stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks that may impact delivery.
Maintain accurate status in work tracking tools incl. ServiceNow (SNOW).
Track timelines, milestones, deliverables and overall execution status.
Ensure teams stay aligned with business priorities and resource plans.
Prepare inputs for planned vs. actual resource allocation reviews.
Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and status sessions as required.
Identify dependencies across projects and coordinate across teams.
Ensure effective information flow across stakeholders.
Leverage healthcare IT workflows and department processes for success.
Support continuous improvement and drive measurable outcomes.
