Are you a strategic operations pro with a knack for coordinating complex deployments? We’re looking for a Deployment Lead to drive high-impact projects and elevate our deployment operations. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for deployment coordination, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration—ensuring every deployment runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage large-scale deployment projects across multiple sites
• Coordinate deployment tasks across internal teams and clients
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications
• Standardize workflows, streamline processes, and boost operational efficiency
• Guide, mentor, and support Deployment Coordinators
• Create and maintain key documentation including process configs and custom requirements
• Integrate Salesforce solutions into deployment workflows
• Monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in project management or operations
• Experience in hardware deployments and cross-functional coordination
• Leadership experience with indirect team management
• Familiarity with Salesforce and deployment tools
• Strong communication, risk assessment, and change management skills

Bonus Points:

• Agile or PM methodology experience
• Proven success in client satisfaction and issue resolution
• A passion for turning chaos into order

$65,000 - $70,000 a year

The annual base salary range for this position is based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
