Description

The Sales Support Specialist manages the onboarding process for new credit line requests, focusing on data validation, customer interaction, and compliance with policies. Key duties include contacting prospects, entering data accurately, guiding prospects through onboarding, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Contact prospects to meet targets.
• Validate and input account data accurately.
• Ensure applications meet legal, compliance, and credit policies.
• Gather information to qualify prospects, including products and brands.
• Guide qualified prospects through onboarding, including documentation and system processes.
• Track and report pipeline status.
• Maintain product and brand knowledge.
• Collaborate with teams and external customers.
• Perform additional onboarding tasks and projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, finance, loan documentation, or customer support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, credit basics, or UCCs preferred.

• Exempt status: No (eligible for overtime)
• Workplace: Office with flexible arrangements possible
• Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 hourly, varies by experience and location
